Sustainable craft cannabis
Welcome to 4.21 acres farm. We are located along the Bosque in Valencia County, New Mexico. We are a 4th generation family farm, women owned and operated bringing you a unique selection of Craft Cannabis sustainably grown in rich Rio Grande riverbed soil in the fine New Mexico sunshine.
We have a diverse selection of wildlife here on the Bosque. Including the migrating cranes who stop here on their way to Bosque del Apache. In the greenhouse where we use only sustainable growing practices like KNF we have a selection of Toads we affectionately named Anthony and Cleopatra. We have Bluetail and sand digger lizards. One Sand Digger, named Reptar stops by at our IT container to do pushups in the sun. A large murder of crows regularly circle the breezes and call to each other. Howling coyotes, Red tail Hawks, swift diving Falcons, high flying Eagles, colorful Pheasants, and Blue and White Herons all grace us with their presence and have inspired one of the names of our exclusive cultivars:
2 Hawks Butter Pop. Seasonal Ducks and Sandhill Cranes take over the empty fields in the winter. Gophers, Skunks, and Prairie Dogs and others whose tracks I don't recognize join the fray but mostly stay hidden. We are so lucky to have this space to create our exclusive cultivars and California sourced auto flowers.
Actually, it's a hoop raising! Follow our progress as we complete the buildout of 4.21 acres farm's first greenhouse.
We spent the spring of 2022 getting all the pieces in place to raise our structure. Including importing Verdant Constructions out of the San Fransico Bay area to erect our girl's new home. Friends and family helped with the building of the Beds. It seems the second one went up much easier than the first. Shannah was the best at driving the Bobcat. We used Local companies for our build out wherever possible.
Soilutions provided us with an amazing high desert blend.
Rock- It Stonescapes delivered our gravel on a days' notice.
Daylight Eletric completed our electrical and security infrastructure which is run completely by solar power.
Transportation Rental & Sales, who delivered our shipping containers, dropped them right on the footers ever so gently.
Outrider pump and well water drilling installed our solar operated well.
Sturdy Built Sheds built and delivered our amazing pump house.
Unlimited fencing built our chain link fortress.
Bosque Farms granted us a pre 1907 water lease.
And Last but not least the friendly and helpful team at Valencia County who issued our permits and granted our business license.
All along the way we ran into skilled local craftsman, supportive Village Council members and friendly community. We are extremely Grateful for all the help we have received on the journey to get the hoop house raised.
Be the first to hear about our latest strains and how life is treating us down on the farm.
